Reach Rise Achieve, LLC ("Reach Rise Achieve," "we," "us," or "our") provides academic and executive function coaching services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We wrote this to be readable. If anything is unclear, email us at alycia@reachriseachieve.com and we'll explain it.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Visitors to our website
- Parents and legal guardians who contact us, complete the Student Success Snapshot, submit an application, or enroll a student
- Students enrolled in our coaching services
- Schools, organizations, and their representatives who inquire about or contract for services
Our website and services are directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly permit children to submit information to us directly through our website. See Section 7.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you use the Student Success Snapshot: your responses about your student's academic habits, and your email address if you choose to have your results sent to you. You can complete the Snapshot and see your results without providing an email address.
When you submit an application or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, and how you heard about us; your student's first name, grade, school type, and school name if you provide it; your description of your student's academic situation, what you've tried, and what you hope will change; your availability; and anything else you choose to tell us.
When you enroll: the information required by our Coaching Agreement, including your student's full name, grade, school, your relationship to the student, an emergency contact, your state of residence, and payment information.
During coaching: session notes, goals, progress records, and materials your student creates or shares as part of the work.
If you provide a testimonial or media release: the content you provide and the consent level you select.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, referring website, and general geographic region. We use Google Analytics for this. See Section 8.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not collect Social Security numbers, biometric data, or precise geolocation. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us (see Section 4.1).
We do not request or collect medical, psychological, or diagnostic records. If you choose to tell us about accommodations or circumstances relevant to coaching, we use that information only to tailor our approach.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare for your consultation
- Recommend an appropriate service and provide a written plan
- Deliver coaching services and track progress
- Communicate with you about scheduling, progress, and your account
- Process payments and maintain billing records
- Coordinate with a scholarship or funding organization if your student's participation is funded that way (see Section 4.3)
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
- Send you resources or updates if you have asked to receive them — you can unsubscribe at any time
- Comply with legal obligations, including mandatory reporting (see Section 5)
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising to you or anyone else.
⚑ DECIDE: If you ever intend to run retargeting ads or use a Meta/Google advertising pixel, this section has to change before you do. Say so honestly at that point rather than quietly.
4. Who we share information with
4.1 Service providers
We use third-party companies to operate our business. They receive only what they need to perform their function and are required to protect it:
- Payment processing — Stripe. Card and bank details are submitted directly to the processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Scheduling and calendar — Google Calendar (Google Workspace)
- Email and communication — Gmail (Google Workspace)
- Website hosting and analytics — our website host and Google Analytics
- Video conferencing for sessions — Google Meet (Google Workspace)
4.2 Schools and organizations
If your student participates through a school-sponsored program, we share attendance and general progress information with the school as described in the applicable Parent Agreement. We do not share information about a privately enrolled student with their school without your written consent.
4.3 Scholarship and funding organizations
If your student's services are funded in whole or in part by a scholarship program, including Step Up For Students, we will share the information that organization requires to approve, invoice, and document services. This typically includes student and parent identifying information, enrollment details, service dates, and invoices.
4.4 Legal and safety
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or subpoena; to establish or defend legal claims; or to protect the safety of a student or another person, as described in Section 5.
5. Confidentiality, and its limits
We treat what families share with us as confidential. There are three limits, and we want you to know them before you tell us anything:
Mandatory reporting. Under Section 39.201, Florida Statutes, any person who knows or has reasonable cause to suspect that a child is abused, abandoned, or neglected is required to report it to the Florida Abuse Hotline. We comply with this law.
Risk of harm. If a student expresses an intent to harm themselves or another person, we will take reasonable protective steps, which may include notifying you and appropriate authorities.
Parent access. Because our students are minors, we share progress information, attendance, and general session themes with the enrolling parent or guardian. We may keep the specific content of student conversations general in order to preserve a working coaching relationship, subject to the two limits above.
6. How long we keep information
These are our standard retention periods.
- Snapshot responses without an email address: retained in aggregate only, not linked to an identifiable person
- Inquiries and applications that do not become clients: 24 months, then deleted
- Client records, including session notes and progress records: 3 years after services end
- Financial and billing records: 7 years, or as required by tax and business law
- Signed agreements and releases: 7 years after they expire or are revoked
- Email marketing list: until you unsubscribe
We delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it for the purpose we collected it or to meet a legal obligation.
7. Children's privacy
Our website and forms are intended for parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Information about a student is provided to us by their parent or guardian, who consents to that collection when they submit an application or sign our Coaching Agreement. Students participate in sessions and may create work as part of coaching, but they do not create accounts or submit information to us through our website.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us directly, contact us at alycia@reachriseachieve.com and we will delete it.
Student media. We do not photograph or record a student without a signed Photo, Video & Testimonial Release from a parent or guardian, and that release offers a full-consent, limited-consent, or no-consent option. Consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time. We never publish a student's full name, school schedule, contact information, or grades alongside their image.
Session recording. Sessions are not recorded except with advance written consent from a parent or guardian.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function and to help us understand how visitors use the site.
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects information about your visit. Google's practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
9. Your choices and rights
You may at any time:
- Ask what we hold about you or your student
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete information, subject to records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or contractual reasons
- Withdraw a media consent by written notice, as described in the Photo/Video Release
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by emailing us
- Ask us to stop contacting you entirely

Residents of other states. We serve families located outside Florida through virtual sessions. If your state gives you additional privacy rights, contact us and we will honor rights that apply to us.
10. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including password-protected accounts, reputable service providers, and limiting access to information to those who need it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law, including Section 501.171, Florida Statutes.
11. Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites, including scheduling, payment, and scholarship organization pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change. If we make a material change to how we use information you have already given us, we will notify enrolled families by email.
