2. The Student Success Snapshot is not an assessment

The Student Success Snapshot is an educational reflection tool. It is not an assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, or screening instrument, and it does not identify or rule out any medical, psychological, or learning condition. If you have concerns in those areas, speak with your pediatrician or your student's school.

3. Information on this site is general

Content here is provided for general informational purposes. It is not educational, medical, psychological, or legal advice for a specific student. Any statement about Florida home education requirements should be confirmed with your county school district and the Florida Department of Education.

4. Services are governed by a separate agreement

Nothing on this website creates a coaching relationship. Program descriptions, prices, and policies shown here are subject to change, and the terms that govern services are those in the signed coaching agreement, which we review together before you sign.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and materials, including the Reach to Rise System — is the property of Reach Rise Achieve, LLC. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. It may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to create competing programs.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to submit false information, submit information about a student you are not the parent or guardian of, attempt to disrupt the site, or collect information about other users.

7. Third-party links and tools

This site links to third-party services including scheduling and payment tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms before using them.

8. No guarantee of outcomes

We make no guarantee of specific grades, test scores, admissions outcomes, or other results. Academic results depend substantially on a student's effort, attendance, and follow-through.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach Rise Achieve, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue for any action lies in the state courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
